About the Role. As the . RN Lead. , you will play a crucial dual-role as both a clinical expert and an operational leader within the Integrated Care team. You will manage and mentor our Care Coordination staff, serve as the central point of clinical support, and help define and scale the entire nursing function at Maximus..
