Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, and data. Conduct structured, skills-based interviews to assess technical fit. Actively source and engage talent using ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring strategies. Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process. Monitor key hiring metrics and recommend optimizations for efficiency and quality. What You Bring. 2–3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in an in-house or agency setting. Strong understanding of technical hiring needs across software engineering, data, and product teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter). Ability to work Eastern Time hours with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones.
