We are seeking an Outbound Content Associate to design, optimize, and manage outbound engagement strategies across Sales, BDR, and Partner teams. This role will serve as the central hub for cadence design, messaging alignment, and performance insights, ensuring that outbound efforts are consistent, measurable, and tied to go-to-market (GTM) priorities. This role will report into the GTM Content Manager. The ideal candidate brings expertise in outbound best practices, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive top-of-funnel success.. Manage and optimize outbound cadences across Sales, BDR, and Partner teams. Implement and refine best practices for multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social). Align cadence strategies with GTM priorities, industries/sub-industries, and target personas. Collaborate with Sales Content, copywriters, to ensure messaging is on-brand and personalized. Support A/B testing of messaging variations to improve engagement and conversion. Maintain a centralized library of approved messaging templates, sequences, and playbooks. Track and report on cadence performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions, meetings booked, pipeline influenced). What You Bring to The Team:. 2+ years of experience in outbound sales strategy, sales operations, or GTM enablement. Expertise in multi-channel outreach and outbound engagement strategies. Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced GTM organizations. What We Offer:.
