Tilt is hiring a Head of Core US Product to lead the company's core product portfolio — a $400M+ revenue engine spanning Cash Advance, CA+, Thrive, and our next generation of non-lending bets including AI Assistant, Marketplaces, Autosave, Checking, and Budgeting. This is a GM-style role: you'll own strategy, pricing, packaging, and the product narrative, and you'll lead the shift from a single-product transaction business into a multi-product financial brand users choose and return to..
