We are hiring a Chief of Staff to improve execution quality across the company.. This role exists to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through.. The CEO should not be tracking small tasks, writing follow-up notes, or chasing updates. You will build the systems that prevent that.. This is a hands-on operator role.. Responsibilities. Convert CEO priorities into clear, documented execution plans. Build and maintain initiative trackers and dashboards. Run leadership meeting structure (agenda, notes, action tracking). Ensure every major initiative has clear ownership and deadlines. Follow up consistently until outcomes are delivered. Identify execution gaps and fix them early. Drive high-priority projects independently. You are accountable for execution discipline.. Candidate Profile. 6-12 years in strategy, consulting, operations, or high-growth environments. Extremely structured and detail-oriented. Strong analytical and financial literacy. Clear, concise communicator. Comfortable working directly with a CEO. High ownership mindset.
