We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure their ongoing success with our products and services. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional support. You will focus on client satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to growing the client base. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in an account management or client success role and has a strong ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and manage multiple accounts.. Key Responsibilities:. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for long-term success with the company's products and services.. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.. Provide ongoing support and communication to help clients fully utilize the product and achieve their business goals.. Upsell & Account Growth. Identify upsell opportunities and work with the sales team to grow the book of business.. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and identify areas where additional services or features can benefit the client.. Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction.. Client Satisfaction & Problem Solving. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.. Resolve any issues or challenges that clients may encounter, acting as a problem-solver and advocate for their needs.. Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and ensure they are receiving the value expected.. Collaboration & Reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, support, product) to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.. Provide regular updates to management on client health, satisfaction, and any potential risks.. Help create and maintain reporting systems to track client success metrics and project progress.. Qualifications:. Experience & Skills. 2+ years of experience in an account management or client success role, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.. Comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot and project management tools like Trello or ClickUp.. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Workspace.. Attributes. Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client satisfaction..
