As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be the technical voice of Virtue AI in customer and partner engagements. You will: . Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with enterprise customers. ensuring customers understand the value and architecture of Virtue AI’s solutions.. Understand and solve customer challenges – Dive deep into enterprise AI use cases, mapping customer requirements to Virtue AI’s capabilities.. Design innovative solutions – Architect enterprise-ready security for AI/LLM deployments, leveraging bleeding-edge generative AI and security technologies.. Enable adoption through hands-on proof points – Facilitate evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the value and performance of Virtue AI’s one-stop AI security platform.. Draft and deliver customer-facing technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and PoC documentation.. Build for scale – Develop and document best practices, internal handoff packages and reusable playbooks to scale the team, and processes that allow the Solutions Architect function to grow and deliver repeatable impact.. Influence product direction – Act as the customer’s advocate to our Product and Engineering teams, sharing insights from the field to guide roadmap priorities.. Collaborate with partners – Work with our partner ecosystem to enable joint solutions, drive adoption, and accelerate their customer success.. What Makes You a Great Fit. Required qualifications:. 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Customer Engineer, Technical Account Executive or similar).. 2+ years architecting, deploying, or supporting NLP/AI/LLM solutions.. Strong understanding of generative AI — its strengths, limitations, and security considerations.. Hands-on proficiency with Python, AI infra.. Excellent communication skills — equally comfortable briefing executives and whiteboarding with engineers.. Ability to bring clarity and structure to unstructured, ambiguous environments.. Track record of identifying and implementing high-impact processes that scale teams and organizations.. 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, data scientist or other such technical role or experience.. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required.. Preferred qualifications:. Familiarity with deploying AI/ML models and AI agents, in production environments. Familiarity with Docker and Linux system-level operations.. Familiarity with CVE scanning tools (e.g., Trivy, Grype) and methods to patch or replace vulnerable dependencies..
