Skills & Experience Needed. 5+ years of experience in software development and engineering. Prior experience working at early-stage startups, ideally as one of the first ten to twenty employees. Demonstrated success in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Think and operate like a founding engineer. Quick to adapt and eager to learn, especially in AI-enabled product contexts. A bias for action and fast experimentation. Craftsmanship in software development, with strong attention to detail, performance, and polish. Collaborative, humble, and user-first in thinking. Exposure to mobile app development is a plus
