We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Commercial to join our growing UK-based Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our EMEA sales strategy and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions. Your success in this role will directly impact our growth and market presence. Define & Execute Account Plans:. Identify target accounts within your territory and build strategic account plans to drive engagement and revenue growth.. Build Key Relationships:. Proactively identify, develop, and nurture relationships with champions, decision-makers, and key influencers across multiple levels within your accounts.. Own the Full Sales Cycle:. Manage deals from initial outreach through to close—including discovery, demos, pilots, negotiations, and final contracts.. Drive Pipeline & Forecasting:. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline. Deliver reliable forecasts by staying disciplined in pipeline management and deal progression.. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:. Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to align customer needs with tailored solutions and to deliver a compelling buyer experience.. Articulate Value Clearly:. Communicate Solink’s value proposition with confidence—translating technical features into business impact for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. Engage In-Person:. Travel occasionally to meet with prospects and customers across the UK and Northern Europe for events, meetings, and field sales opportunities.. What You Bring. Must-Have:. Proven SMB Sales Performer:. You bring 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling into the SMB space, ideally within Security, Video Surveillance, or VSaaS environments—consistently exceeding targets.. EMEA Market Expertise:. You have experience selling into EMEA regions—particularly the UK and Northern Europe—and are comfortable traveling occasionally to build relationships and close deals.. Full-Cycle SaaS Closer:. You excel in prospecting, qualifying, and managing full-cycle SaaS sales. You’re confident closing multi-site, multi-stakeholder deals directly with customers.. Strategic & Consultative:. You’re skilled at navigating complex sales cycles, leading discovery sessions, tailoring demos, and positioning value to both technical and business audiences.. Executive Communicator:. You’re comfortable presenting to C-suite leaders, technical stakeholders, and business owners alike—adapting your style to influence and educate across the org chart.. Self-Driven & Autonomous:.
