You’ll be the first responder for EVM product alerts - investigating issues, reproducing behavior, partnering with internal teams during “war rooms,” and keeping our systems resilient. . What You'll Do:. Meet client SLAs by quickly identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents.. Decode transactions, logs, and traces; reproduce behavior using Foundry/Hardhat and lightweight PoCs.. Collaborate with protocol, backend, and risk teams during incident response.. Maintain and improve playbooks, dashboards, and alerting systems.. Monitor upstream changes (EIPs, dependencies, oracle/bridge updates) and highlight product risks.. Deliver concise incident briefs and post-mortems with actionable recommendations.. What You Bring: . Strong EVM expertise, including Solidity and Python.. Advanced debugging skills with tools like Foundry/Anvil, Hardhat, Tenderly, and Phalcon.. Excellent written communication, structured problem-solving, and composure in high-pressure situations.. Flexibility to participate in a nights/weekends on-call rotation.. Nice to Have. Prior Web2 on-call/SRE experience (production incidents, paging, post-mortems).. Experience with Dune/SQL or The Graph for fast data analysis.. Familiarity with Chainlink and other oracles, cross-chain/bridge flows, L2 stacks (Optimism, Arbitrum, etc.), or non-EVM chains (e.g., Solana)..
