The Vendor Lead plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our business process outsourcing (BPO) operations, particularly focusing on core launch and mobile app deployment for our clients.. We are looking for an operational leader to drive the day-to-day success of our external teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional quality, meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and remain fully aligned with our business goals. If you are a cross-functional collaborator who is just as comfortable thinking strategically as you are diving into daily troubleshooting, training, and financial reporting, you are exactly who we need to take our vendor operations to the next level.. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Argentina.. The impact you will have. Driving Operational Excellence:. You will safeguard our customer experience by providing continuous, actionable feedback to ensure our external teams consistently hit or exceed crucial quality targets and SLAs.. Enabling Seamless Product Launches:. You will guarantee our BPO agents are experts on our newest features by spearheading comprehensive training for all product roll-outs, ensuring readiness from day one.. Elevating Global Workflows:. Acting as the vital link between internal teams and external partners, you will collaborate cross-functionally to transition new processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements that make our outsourcing operations leaner and more effective.. Providing Strategic Financial Clarity:. You will enable informed decision-making for leadership by maintaining and presenting clear monthly cost reports, vendor spending, efficiency, and overall budget health.. Empowering Frontline Teams:. Who you’ll work with. A team of exceptional Launch Managers. Product, Sales and Customer Support teams. What we’re looking for. Experience:. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management role, with at least 2 years in a BPO operations.. Proven experience in the restaurant tech industry is highly desirable.. Skills:. Proven experience working directly with outsourcing partners and managing their performance.. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. Familiarity with process mapping and optimization. Pay and benefits. The estimated base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 USD, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
