Own the design of the mobile app and web interface, work through flows, and bring screens to a high level of quality. Analyze the product, review analytics, understand user behavior, and identify improvement opportunities. Rapidly generate ideas, create multiple solution options, and iterate quickly. Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma, ensuring product consistency. Define and maintain a unified visual style for the brand and interfaces. Apply modern mobile and B2C patterns, balancing restraint, functionality, and motivating (but moderate) gamification. Take initiative, propose improvements, and influence product decisions. Collaborate closely with the team, join discussions and brainstorms, and propose initiatives. What the company expects. Experience designing world-class B2C mobile apps. Strong product mindset.
