Engineering is strong, anchored by Affan as an excellent engineering manager, with skills spread across the stack. There's no dedicated mobile specialist today, but two strong engineers are already contributing to the React Native app and would work under this hire. Oisin (founder) is directly involved with the team and currently leads product while Affan drives engineering. This new hire would be the first dedicated senior/staff-level mobile lead on the team, owning the mobile app end-to-end and working directly with Affan and Oisin.. Requirements:.
