As an Analytics Engineer at PowerUs, you’ll play a key role in strategic decision-making across the company. You won’t just deliver reports — you’ll help uncover and understand complex problems, make them visible through data, and turn them into actionable recommendations for our business and product teams.. This role is a great fit for you if you think analytically, enjoy working with people, and love turning data into decisions. You don’t need deep engineering knowledge or perfect SQL skills – what matters most is how you think, how you structure problems, and your ability to focus on what really matters.. You’ll be part of our Data Team (Shpat, Jerry & Obada) and work closely with our Head of Data Robin, as well as stakeholders from Product, Growth, BizOps, and Operations.. 🎯 Your Responsibilities. You’ll analyze complex questions from our business and product teams and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.. You’ll ask critical questions, bring structure to open-ended analytics problems, and make sure issues are solved sustainably – not revisited over and over.. You’ll work with ambiguous topics, form hypotheses, test them using our data, and use AI tools (e.g., for SQL) where helpful.. You’ll help us define and evolve our internal KPIs – around user success, platform quality, or business performance.. You’ll bring data-driven thinking into everyday work by clearly explaining what you’ve found and why it matters.. 🌟 What We’re Looking For. You’ve worked in analytics, product analytics, strategy, or consulting – and love digging deep into real problems.. You think clearly and analytically, and you can prioritize problems even when the scope is unclear.. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and uncovering what they truly need — not just what they ask for.. You know your way around structured data with SQL — you don’t need to be an expert, but you’re open to using tools like ChatGPT or CoPilot to support your work.. You quickly identify what really matters, can deal with ambiguity, and act even without perfect data.. You communicate clearly, build trust with stakeholders, and aren’t afraid to say, “That’s the wrong question.”. You speak . fluent English (C1). – this is required as it’s our internal working language..
