You'll be the connective tissue between creators, content, and campaigns—building genuine relationships while keeping multiple projects moving forward. Creator Relationship Management. : Build and maintain our CRM for influencers, writers, and partners. You're naturally good at reaching out, following up, and keeping conversations warm and authentic.. Content Operations. : Run our content calendar like clockwork. Nothing ships late, nothing falls through cracks—you're the single source of truth.. Outreach & Partnerships. : Craft personalized outreach that actually gets responses. Source new voices, nurture relationships, and turn connections into collaborations.. Cross-Channel Coordination. : Keep content flowing across blog, social, email, and community. Track what resonates and adjust quickly.. Light Production Work. : Edit posts, create simple graphics in Figma, push updates via GitHub Desktop (we'll show you how), and handle quick video edits..
