We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Content Marketer to make an immediate impact on our fast-moving team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record at a high-growth SaaS company and thrives in rapid cycles of creation, experimentation, and measurable brand building. You are adept at producing compelling short-form videos, managing multi-platform social campaigns, designing eye-catching digital assets, and rapidly amplifying thought leadership and product releases across channels.. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our content engine—ideating and producing high-quality product marketing videos, repurposing long-form assets (such as webinars) for viral short-form distribution, and driving engagement on major social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). You’ll partner closely with leadership and product teams to orchestrate campaigns, edit and elevate thought leadership, and help lead a collaborative rebuild of our website to maximize SEO impact and brand presence.. You’ll obsess over analytics and SEO trends to refine our value messaging, help innovate viral content plays, and ensure all work is rapidly organized and continuously measured for performance and learning. You will also play a crucial role supporting both external and internal (customer enablement) marketing initiatives—helping our team deliver content value at every touchpoint.. Key Responsibilities:. • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, platform-optimized product marketing videos and short-form content that captures attention and drives engagement.. • Clip and repurpose large video assets (webinars, interviews, demos) into snackable, multi-platform content for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.. • Manage and grow all social media accounts, developing content calendars, optimizing per-platform creative, and driving real, measurable audience engagement and growth.. • Review and enhance existing marketing assets, event collateral, and central repositories; recommend and adopt best-in-class video, editing, and design tools as needed.. • Collaborate on a ground-up website rebuild with the Head of Marketing in your first 90 days, aligning new web content to targeted SEO, messaging, and conversion needs.. • Monitor content performance using analytics, SEO tools, and platform insights; iterate constantly to maximize reach, virality, and conversion.. • Build and maintain a live digital repository for content assets, campaigns, and experiments to drive reuse and learning velocity.. • Lead or support the development and distribution of thought leadership articles, downloadable resources, and customer-facing educational materials.. • Routinely benchmark competitors analyzing their website content, organic and paid campaigns, and social engagement to inform our strategy.. • Rapidly ideate and test viral content strategies, sharing real-time results and “10X” ideas with leadership and adapting quickly based on performance.. • Partner with internal teams (including Customer Success) to surface, package, and distribute relevant support, onboarding, and product content to both existing customers and new prospects.. • Work closely with leadership to create split/talking head video content, incorporating best practices and trends from SaaS and GovCon marketing.. Ideal Candidate:. • Proven experience creating and scaling content programs at a high-growth SaaS company, with a strong sense of urgency and measurable results.. • Expert in end-to-end video workflow: shooting, editing, storyboarding, repurposing, and trendspotting for social distribution.. • Digital design acuity and fluency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Final Cut, or equivalents).. • Deep experience in managing business social accounts (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), optimizing content for platform-specific engagement and virality.. • Confident and concise writer/editor; adept at turning technical and leadership content into highly shareable articles and posts.. • Data-driven: comfortable using analytics and SEO tools to refine messaging and prioritize content for organic reach and conversion.. • Fast-learning, collaborative, and able to deliver high impact in a rapidly changing environment.. • Strong portfolio with samples spanning video, design, and campaign work (please include with application).. Required Experience:. • 2+ years in content marketing roles, video/design/social focus, at a high-growth SaaS company.. • Direct ownership of social media channels and creation/reporting of content and SEO performance metrics.. • Demonstrated ability to straddle brand, product, and customer-facing marketing projects.. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred..
