The role involves handling support tickets, training, and creating solutions that keep users happy while driving efficiency.. Location:. Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Role Overview:. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing Salesforce across the organization. You will manage system administration, support user needs, and implement technical solutions aligned with business processes. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce knowledge, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.. Key Responsibilities:. Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.. Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions.. Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data.. Build custom dashboards and reports, and assist users in fine-tuning them for meaningful metrics.. Oversee Salesforce configuration changes, including Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.. Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.. Support system integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.. Qualifications:. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (preferred).. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (advantageous).. 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment..
