As our Commissions Manager, you’ll own the design, execution, and administration of our sales commission processes — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with revenue recognition principles. You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to bring clarity and consistency to our commission program as we scale globally.. What You’ll Do. Commission Administration. Manage the end-to-end commission process, from plan implementation to payout.. Calculate and validate monthly/quarterly commission payouts with precision.. Maintain accurate commission accruals in compliance with revenue recognition rules.. Act as the point of contact for commission disputes and escalations. Provide training and documentation for sales leadership and reps on comp plans and policies. Prepare deferred commission journal entries in accordance with ASC 340. Collaboration & Alignment. Partner with Revenue Operations to operationalize and optimize commission plans.. Work with Finance to integrate commission data into monthly and quarterly financial reporting.. Administer and optimize tools like Everstage to automate and streamline commission tracking.. Reporting & Process Improvement. Deliver clear, timely commission reporting to Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.. Identify and implement process improvements, including automation.. Maintain audit-ready commission documentation.. What You’ll Bring. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.. 4+ years of commissions or sales compensation operations experience (SaaS preferred).. Strong understanding of commission plan structures and revenue recognition principles.. Experience with commission software (Everstage, CaptivateIQ, Xactly) and strong Excel ability.. Experience with Salesforce CRM. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously.. Nice to Have. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.. In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:. Base salary range. : $150,000 - $180,000. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.. Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options).
