You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of billing, timely collections, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is based in Mexico and supports our efforts to stabilize and grow the global Billing & Collections function.. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep experience using NetSuite or Salesforce, and enjoys resolving billing issues from start to finish with professionalism and follow-through.. Key Responsibilities:. Own end-to-end billing and collections for a portfolio of accounts using NetSuite.. Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing during regular bill runs.. Proactively resolve subscription, invoice, and billing disputes in a complete and timely manner.. Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, RevOps, and Renewals teams to correct order errors and answer case inquiries.. Maintain accurate case records and follow escalation paths using Salesforce.. Engage directly with customers—politely and firmly—to secure payments and resolve misunderstandings.. Provide data for ad hoc analysis and assist with revenue allocation for events and services.. Contribute to continuous improvement of billing and collections processes and systems.. Required Skills and Attributes:. 3+ years of senior-level experience in billing and/or collections.. Direct working experience with NetSuite or Salesforce, familiarity with Koopa, Open Invoice, or Aribba is a plus.. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.. Ability in fostering clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners.. Experience working with large, enterprise-level (e.g., Fortune 500) customers is a strong asset.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.. Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments preferred.. Strong analytical thinking and time management skills.. Motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a distributed team.. Working Conditions:. This is a full-time remote role based in Mexico. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required during high-volume billing cycles or client escalations..
