Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Skimmer. Remote Location: Remote. About this role:. Skimmer is a hyper-growth vertical SaaS company focused on the spa and pool service industry. We’re building our RevOps team to be the backbone of GTM decision making—from new customer acquisition to enterprise expansion— by providing and explaining trusted data. Our Revenue Operations Analyst will be the hands‐on senior contributor who centralizes reporting, supports full funnel programs, and delivers analysis that unblocks growth for our Product, GTM and Finance teams. You will operate as a cross‐functional analytics partner who builds accurate reporting, runs deep‐dive analyses, and equips revenue leaders with decision‐ready insights.. What you’ll do:. Centralize reporting & data governance (your “SSoT” charter). ● Support reporting centralization (Power BI, Sigma, HubSpot) and maintain a central. repository of GTM dashboards and reports.. ● Build and enforce a data dictionary (consistent metric definitions, canonical calculations).. Establish weekly QA/reconciliations so leaders trust the numbers.. ● Ship role‐based operational GTM funnel reporting (IC, Leadership) that moves. seamlessly from detail to exec‐level views.. ● Provide rapid, high‐signal ad‐hoc analysis and clear visuals for GTM leaders and. board/FP&A requests.. Funnel, marketing & growth analytics (self‐serve first). ● Instrument leading and lagging indicators across the GTM funnel including sales led and. self‐serve/PLG flows. ● Report on and optimize traffic to lead, segmentation & multi‐channel attribution - improve. Lead to MQL where applicable by supporting program‐level conversion rates, CPL, CAC,. and payback period analysis. ● Support weekly GTM reviews with full funnel reporting, trends and insights. Build. quick‐turn deep dives when anomalies appear. ● Report on and maintain win/loss analysis, loop insights back to Product, GTM, and. Finance.. Payments, post‐sales & retention analytics. ● Analyze product, pricing & packaging (impact of free trials, bundling, multi‐product. launches), run elasticity and basic competitive positioning studies.. ● Identify upsell triggers from adoption and post sales interactions. Analyze. contraction/churn drivers and trends.. ● Report on support KPIs (e.g., CSAT, NPS, time to resolution/first‐contact resolution,. backlog, % reopened, defect escalation) and link them to retention outcomes.. ● Deep‐dive payments attach/adoption, processing rates, and transaction volume, quantify. links between payments performance and retention/expansion.. GTM planning & decision support. ● Provide reporting and analytics for territory design, capacity planning, and quota setting,. support annual and in‐year GTM pivots. ● Support market research (TAM/SAM/ICP) for new products and deliver the measurement. backbone for expansion strategy. Qualifications:. ● Time in seat in a senior RevOps/Analytics/BizOps role at a for B2B SaaS startup with demonstrated partnership across business groups.. ● Expert at executive‐grade dashboards and analysis using SQL, HubSpot, PowerBI, and comfortable owning a reporting migration or consolidation process.. ● Demonstrated comfort in identifying reporting opportunities for revenue and business leaders.. ● Systems savvy across a modern GTM stack (HubSpot/PowerBI, Stripe, Netsuite, Gong, BI); able to diagnose data issues and build/maintain workflows and reports.. ● Comfortable supporting the business’ operating cadence (weekly GTM; contributing to. MBRs/QBRs) with crisp storytelling in exec‐ready narratives.. Nice‐to‐haves:. ● Product usage analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel or similar), cohort/retention analysis, and. joining product + CRM data for monetization & retention insights. ● Exposure to pricing & packaging analytics and basic competitive positioning, experience. with payments or fintech‐adjacent metrics is a plus.. ● Familiarity with territory, capacity & quota analytics..
