Manage a 90-day content calendar spanning email, in-app messaging, and paid remarketing. Write and delegate high-performing content including copy, visuals (Canva/Figma), and short-form videos (CapCut/Adobe). Execute campaigns in HubSpot or HighLevel and ensure tracking/reporting is accurate. Collaborate with Product and Sales to align messaging with feature launches and business goals. Track content performance, make data-backed optimizations, and share insights with stakeholders. Mentor two junior marketers; provide regular feedback and conduct skills development sessions. Explore new AI tools to improve creative output, scale content, and drive faster delivery. What You Bring. 3+ years of experience in content-driven marketing roles with lifecycle or campaign ownership. Strong portfolio of email, video, and visual content that contributed to measurable marketing goals. Familiarity with HubSpot or HighLevel for launching and tracking campaigns. Proficiency with Canva/Figma, CapCut or Adobe, and Sheets for reporting. Experience managing editorial calendars and junior marketers or freelancers. Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. First 90 Days. Audit content library and identify gaps across the lifecycle. Launch a multi-touch nurture campaign focused on increasing engagement and conversion. Standardize campaign creation workflows and train junior marketers on execution.
