We're looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contract and take full ownership of our Product and Engineering hiring efforts during a critical growth phase. This is a high-autonomy role; you'll be expected to hit the ground running, build efficient pipelines from scratch, and deliver results with minimal hand-holding. Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screen, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process. Identify qualified candidates for our open roles via outreach, referrals, search tools, networking, and various creative channels. Generate candidate interest through personalized communication by clearly articulating Limble’s product, company culture, and growth trajectory. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find high quality, passive candidates. Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill set and qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and obtain timely, thorough feedback. Maintain accurate and updated candidate pipelines in our ATS (Ashby). Build and maintain market insights regarding hiring trends. Consistently deliver a positive and timely recruiting experience for candidates, regardless of outcome. What we’re looking for:. 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within a recruiting agency or high-growth company. Passion for sourcing diverse talent, with an emphasis on creatively engaging passive candidates. Ability to recruit for technical roles (Product Manager and Software Engineers specifically) with the ability to also support a wide range of positions across various departments. Eagerness to take on both high level and administrative tasks within the recruiting department. Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency. Experience in promoting employer value propositions and negotiating and closing passive candidates. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing and outreach tools. International recruiting experience a plus. Benefits. Fully remote position. Flexible PTO. 13 paid company holidays.
