Working in collaboration with other members of the QA team and business stakeholders, this role will be responsible for the Quality Assurance review and analysis of internal and client (B2C, B2B) business processes for current and future delivery services across business lines. Key responsibilities include reviewing business processes, analyzing data and KPI’s for potential client improvements and consistent experience. The ideal candidate will bring a background in business process modeling, requirements management, and quality assurance methodologies.. What you will do: . Establish QA standards, frameworks, and procedures for business analysis and process improvement. . Produce high quality QA deliverables such as data charts, information summaries, flowcharts, recommendations,. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to refine business strategies, workflows and outcomes and translate into actionable tasks.. Lead cross functional meetings to build result focused consensus. Perform quality assurance analysis on processes, volume, services and financial information, and effectively communicate key points verbally and through deliverables.. Required Qualifications: . . 4+ years in business process analysis, or QA operations within services with preferred experience in healthcare, benefits or similar. VBA (Veteran Business Administration) experience is a plus. . 3+ years preparing business process design documentation using BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation), swim lane diagrams, and process flows. 3+ years working with business process models and/or use cases.. Salesforce CRM experience.. Ability to shift seamlessly between business analysis and process analysis roles.. Experience in analyzing data to draw relevant business conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
