The FP&A Analyst at Burkland will play a crucial role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support the client’s growth and profitability. This position involves developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and key metrics dashboards while collaborating with senior management to provide insights into financial performance. The FP&A Analyst will present financial data to company leadership, Boards of Directors, and investors, and will work to improve financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations, all while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial operations at Burkland.. About You. 7+ years. of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision support, ideally in a startup or high-growth company environment.. Bachelor’s degree. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.. Master’s degree. (MBA, MS in Finance, or equivalent) strongly preferred for those with leadership aspirations in finance or corporate strategy.. CFA, CPA. , or other relevant certifications are a plus and demonstrate commitment to professional development and expertise in financial leadership.. You have a passion for numbers and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex financial data while maintaining a strategic, high-level perspective.. You excel at developing and implementing financial models, forecasts, and key metrics dashboards that drive business decisions and growth for startup clients.. You can collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that influence company goals and strategy..
