This is an exciting opportunity to expand and elevate the Paid Search function at Hims & Hers. As the Senior Manager, Paid Search, you will not only drive growth within your own category but also develop and scale innovative approaches that impact our broader paid search strategy across multiple product lines. Reporting to the Associate Director, Paid Search, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to pioneer new processes and optimize business outcomes in a way that transcends traditional SEM boundaries.. You Will:. Develop and refine high-performing paid search campaigns for your category while innovating and distributing best practices to other paid search teams. Design new testing frameworks and operational workflows, ensuring they can be adopted across various categories to enhance performance and efficiency. Serve as a strategic partner to CRO, PMM, Product and Analytics teams to bring forward-looking digital marketing initiatives to fruition and push the boundaries of what’s possible in SEM. Guide and support other paid search managers by sharing new methods, learnings, and strategic recommendations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Own the full lifecycle of paid search initiatives—from keyword selection and ad creative development to bidding strategy—ensuring industry-leading execution and performance. Utilize data analytics to uncover meaningful insights, proactively address performance challenges, and identify areas of opportunity that can benefit the broader organization. You Have:. 8+ years of hands-on experience in direct-response paid search marketing, preferably in highly competitive consumer-oriented verticals. Exceptional track record of driving measurable revenue and customer acquisition growth through SEM. Demonstrated success partnering with diverse cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in leading large-scale testing initiatives and implementing new processes across multiple teams. Proven success consistently driving performance with multi-million dollar monthly budgets. Extraordinary quantitative analysis skills, an affinity for numbers, and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately. Deep understanding of media measurement methodologies and technology. Excellent written communication and presentation skills, able to communicate across a range of audiences. Strong ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and participate in a team-based planning process. Experience with bid management platforms, such as Marin, SA360, or Skai. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience. An in-depth understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or CPG industry is a plus.
