As an AGI Content Engineer/ Creative Performance Engineer/ Performance Video Editor, you’ll shape how our brands connect & sell to audiences through content ads.. Source, clip, create and edit compelling, high converting video ad content with AGI & other footage/ Adobe/ SaaS tools.. From quick-turnaround social ads to longer-form VSLs/Streams, we’ll work on multiple ongoing projects to refine & execute our playbooks.. Clippers, performance marketers with editing backgrounds, curators, creators, creative capitalists with Premiere Pro/CapCut backgrounds wanted.. If you’re obsessed with creating high performing ads, are a “best ideas first” person, workflow-quality oriented, have a stacked prompt library, high converting story boards etc, let’s chat!. What You’ll Do. Post-Production Ads & Content Assembly. Sources and organizes raw footage for multiple brands and campaigns.. Cuts and sequences video for narrative, rhythm, and platform behaviour (scroll-stopping, thumb-stopping, high retention).. Applies sound design (music, VO, audio cleanup, mixing).. Manages output for all formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) with speed and quality control.. Collaborates with our in-house tech team to improve efficiency via automation or internal tools.. Supports DAM tagging, file naming, and asset versioning workflows.. Proven Ad Format Engineering. Partners with Creative Strategists to prototype new ad formats and hook systems.. Builds ad nests with tight pacing, rhythmic editing, and clear retention markers.. Tests hypotheses across variations: hooks, creators, audios, retention devices, visuals.. Iterates using performance data (CTR, Thumbstop, Watch-Through, ROAS).. Documents learnings for re-use across SKUs and campaigns.. Cross Functional Application. Develops short-form (ads, UGC, product demos) and long-form (VSLs, explainers, testimonials).. Adapts content to each channel’s best practices (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Amazon).. Ensures brand voice, messaging, and CTA alignment across customer journey stages.. Reviews performance data to refine structure and formats. Balances creativity with commercial clarity (benefits, mechanisms, proof).. Motion Graphics & Visual Design. Designs MOGRTs and reusable AE templates for intros, titles, supers, and end cards.. Integrates kinetic typography, lower thirds, and product animations for emotional lift.. Elevates narrative flow through tasteful transitions and motion design accents.. Maintains consistent visual language (fonts, colors, logo use, graphic packs).. Collaborates with the design team to sync graphic systems across brands.. Content Performance & Engagement. Track CTR, VTR, and engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, watch time).. Links creative decisions to measurable outcomes (ROAS, CPA, conversions).. Identifies creative drivers of success (hook pacing, voice, visuals).. Collaborates with Creative Strategists to interpret performance data and iterate.. Benchmarks content performance against previous iterations and competitors.. Efficiency & Workflow Management. Delivers quick turnarounds (raw footage → export) under tight deadlines.. Maintains organized project structures (assets, versions, sequences).. Handles multiple projects simultaneously with consistent quality.. Ensures smooth hand-off between creative, media, and brand teams.. Uses automation and templates to scale editing and versioning.. Documents workflows for repeatable execution.. How You’ll Succeed. As a result, multiple metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company:. Content Performance & Engagement. CTR (Click-Through Rate) and View-Through Rate (VTR) on ads and campaigns.. Engagement metrics (shares, comments, watch time) across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.. Conversion impact (e.g., VSLs leading to sales, social ads driving sign-ups). Efficiency & Workflow Management. Turnaround time from raw footage to final export, especially for high-volume social ad production.. Project management discipline (organized assets, correct versioning/labelling, smooth handoff to media teams).. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without quality drop.. Technical Mastery & Reliability. Error-free outputs (correct formatting, codecs, aspect ratios, subtitles, sync).. Maintaining high production standards (sound levels, color grading, rendering consistency).. Demonstrated proficiency in new tools and workflows (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, MOGRTs, AI-assisted editing).Key Objective #3 with detailed list of tangible KPIs and/or SLAs. What You Bring. 3 to 5 years of experience in Video editing with Direct to consumer brands or DTC (health & wellness, beauty, skincare, etc.) / performance marketing agencies.. Hands-on experience with video editing/motion design softwares (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Runway ML, ElevenLabs, Adobe After Effects, MOGRT templates, etc.). Comfortable working within cross-functional project and/or automation systems (e.g. Asana, Notion, Zapier, frame,io, etc.). Performance-aware: you care about what drives conversion, engagement, or scroll-stopping impact, Hook, CTA, etc.. Familiarity with direct response, native, content marketing strategies and an understanding of social media advertising.. Strong understanding of video editing techniques and storytelling principles.. Experience with Color correction and grading, Versioning and Output Optimization, understanding the different video formats will be required for this role. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the project.
