We’re hiring our first Growth leader to build and own our AI-native growth engine from the ground up. This role blends product, data, experimentation, and modern demand generation. You’ll partner closely with founders, product, and our separate content/brand lead to drive traction in a rapidly evolving AI market.. Responsibilities. Build our AI-native growth engine across strategy, systems, and execution.. Own acquisition → activation → retention → monetization.. Optimize for modern channels: AI-SEO, LLM recommendation surfaces, Reddit, influencers.. Run rapid experiments with Clay, Zapier/Make, Pocus, and LLM tooling.. Partner closely with product and collaborate with (but not report to) our content/brand lead.. Skills & Experience Needed. 8–12 years in growth or as a startup growth owner; hands-on builder.. Deep understanding of AI-era GTM: influencers, intent data, AI-SEO, LLM optimization.. Strong with analytics, lifecycle automation, A/B testing, and product activation.. First-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguity and ships fast.. Bonus: experience marketing to developers or PMs.
