If you are a doer who thrives in a dynamic, mission-focused environment, join us!. Who are we looking for?. We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Safety Expert to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring that our product delivers real value to frontline workers. The candidate will work closely with all functions to ensure the business understands the safety ecosystem and prioritizes the right features to empower people and deliver improved safety performance.. We work with leading global companies across diverse industries; including energy, construction, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in tailoring safety solutions to meet the unique needs of various industries, ensuring that clients not only comply with regulations but also foster a culture of safety excellence.. Key responsibilities:. Act as the key point of contact with all the safety teams working with Pixaera. Work with the team to identify product opportunities and define product scopes. Act as the SME in designing and co-creating immersive safety simulations and ensure they align with industry safety standards. Identify all regional safety requirements and maintain Pixaera’s database/LLM with the right information. Assist in building adaptive learning solutions tailored to individual learner needs and competence levels. Ensure compliance with international safety standards, including IOGP, NEBOSH, OSHA, and ISO.. Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance learning effectiveness and learner engagement. Leverage extensive experience in teaching safety rules to create practical, real-world scenarios. Stay informed on the latest safety trends and integrate new safety concepts into the learning modules.. Demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, ensuring the content resonates with learners and enhances safety performance.. Key Experience. Educational Background. : Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or safety management. Industry Experience. : At least 5-7 years of experience in developing safety solutions, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or construction sectors.. Instructional Design. : Proven experience in designing and developing training modules using instructional design principles and methodologies.. Safety Standards Knowledge. : Familiarity with international safety standards such as IOGP, NEBOSH, OSHA, and ISO, with experience implementing these in training content.. Key Skills. Content Development. : Strong skills in writing, editing, and developing engaging learning content that meets safety competence matrix requirements.. Analytical Skills. : Ability to analyze learner data and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.. Collaboration. : Excellent collaboration skills to work with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create effective training solutions.. Technical Proficiency. : Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).. Adaptation and Personalization. : Excellent understanding of the key challenges in existing safety systems and processes.. Communication Skills. : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey safety concepts and engage learners..
