In This Role, You Will:. Understand user workflows and pain points in Programs of All-Inclusive Elderly Care (PACE) and other value-based care environments.. Identify, investigate, and help prioritize feature enhancements and bugs based on user feedback, product metrics, and business goals.. Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and tickets that support engineering and design execution.. Support product planning and sprint execution through backlog grooming, triage, QA coordination, and release tracking.. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently.. Partner with Product Managers to maintain the roadmap, monitor progress, and support internal alignment.. Contribute to internal documentation and release communications to ensure stakeholders are informed.. Work cross-functionally with customer success, implementation, and support teams to gather feedback and provide context around product decisions.. What We’re Looking For:. 1-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Analyst, or Product Manager.. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.. Experience writing user stories and working in an agile development environment.. Comfort working in highly cross-functional teams and acting as a connector between technical and non-technical roles.. A proactive mindset and bias toward action; you're energized by helping teams move forward.. Exposure to healthcare or health tech environments is a plus..
