Define and own the product roadmap. — translate strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.. Drive product innovation. — lead the development of new AI-powered sub-products and features that create business value and open new revenue streams.. Improve how we work. — streamline product and design workflows to accelerate delivery and improve team efficiency.. Develop and scale the team. — mentor a senior-level product team, contribute to hiring, and foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.. Collaborate cross-functionally. — work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared ownership of product goals.. Leverage data at every step. — use customer insights, performance metrics, and research to inform product decisions and measure impact.. Understand the market. — monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging tech to identify strategic product opportunities.. About you:. Proven track record of launching successful B2B SaaS products. — not just features, but entire products built for specific customer segments with clear impact on revenue and adoption.. Strong analytical mindset. — able to process large volumes of information, identify patterns, and focus on what truly moves the needle.. Technically fluent. — comfortable working hands-on with engineers, digging into data, and making sense of technical architecture to shape better products.. Experience building products where success was driven by technology. and innovation, not just process improvements or UX polish.. A builder at heart. — you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty to figure things out.. Deeply curious and energized by emerging tech, especially AI, ML, agents . — you don’t wait to be told what to build; you explore, validate, and drive the vision.. Strong product intuition paired with a structured, metrics-first approach. — you set clear KPIs, track what matters, and know how to grow a product through acquisition, activation, and retention.. Confident working with customers. — you know when and how to run customer development, gather real feedback, and turn insights into action..
