We’re looking for a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and shape seamless, engaging user experiences across a range of digital products.. . From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you'll bring ideas to life and clearly communicate design solutions.. Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.. Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials.. Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment, including agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency experience is a big plus.. Graphic Design Skills: Expertise in creating compelling visual content with strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools for producing high-quality graphics.. UI Skills: Expert in crafting flexible, high-quality UI designs for both desktop and mobile platforms with Figma.. Web Mastery: Showcase advanced proficiency in web design, with a deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly websites.. Organization: Skilled in systemic design for team-wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.. Accountable: Take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success.. Communication: Effective in team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts..
