Product Owner at Rehire. Remote Location: Mexico. At Rehire, we are partnering with a global company to find an experienced . Product Owner. to join a high-impact international project. We're looking for a strategic professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology, translate complex business needs into functional solutions, and drive successful product delivery in an Agile environment.. Responsibilities:. · Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.. · Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.. · Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.. · Define requirements for system enhancements, integrations, workflows, reports, forms, and data conversions.. · Collaborate with Product Management, clients, and end users to define product vision and business needs.. · Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.. · Support solution design by working closely with development teams and technical architects.. · Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking overall project progress.. · Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.. · Support user acceptance testing (UAT), test planning, and end-user training.. · Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.. · Analyze enhancement requests and determine the most effective implementation approach.. · Participate in feasibility studies, solution presentations, and system demonstrations.. · Respond to production issues and support ongoing product improvements.. Requirements:. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.. · 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.. · Strong knowledge of CCM (Customer Communications Management) platforms.. · Experience with OpenText solutions and Pre-Processor technologies.. · Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.. · Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).. · Experience working in Agile environments.. · Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Visio.. · Professional working proficiency in English (C1 or equivalent)..
