Team up with Account Teams (especially Sales, CSM & TAM) to support positioning, sales, and scoping of consulting engagements as well as well as a proper handover from Sales to Post-Sales. Proactively manage & track the engagement delivery pipeline in collaboration with Regional Consulting Managers and Resource Managers. Lead Consulting engagement execution as part of customer projects, ensuring they are delivered in time budget, expected quality and align with customer needs. Track engagement budget and financial performance to ensure profitability. Captures learnings from engagements to enhance Camunda’s Consulting frameworks and delivery processes . What you bring:.
