We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and user-focused Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Contractor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ensuring high-quality product experiences and has a strong eye for detail—even if they don’t have a technical or coding background. As a QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for reviewing product functionality, identifying bugs, and helping ensure that our software meets the expectations of our users.. Help document and maintain test cases and QA processes. Track and verify resolved issues to ensure proper fixes. Provide feedback to improve functionality, design, and user experience. Help maintain product quality across browsers, devices, and environments. What We’re Looking For. 1–3 years experience in a QA role (software or digital product experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity to find what’s “off”. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to think from a user’s perspective and advocate for quality. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Comfortable using tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar. Familiarity with web and mobile applications. Bonus: Experience with tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or exploratory testing tools. Nice to Have (But Not Required). Experience working in Agile teams or fast-paced environments.
