The venture is backed by existing market validation, first customers, and close ties to Mindpeak. With true co-founder equity and full freedom to shape product and technology, this is a hands-on chance to turn a validated idea into a scalable, category-defining solution.. ​​We are looking for a CTO co-founder to take ownership of the product and technology.. What already exists:. Working prototypes and click dummies. Market validation and early customers. €200k initial investment (from Mindpeak founders). Clear problem, real demand, and revenue potential. The goal:. 6 months: first sellable product (MVP), first customers. 12 months: funded runway to scale. What You Bring. Skills:. Strong experience in software development (full-stack). You have built real products before (startup, side projects, or own ventures). Solid understanding of software architecture and system design. A good design and UX intuition. Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern web/cloud stacks. Experience with AI or data-heavy systems is a plus, not a must. Founder Mindset (Important):.
