You’ll handle full-cycle recruiting while partnering with internal stakeholders and clients across the tech industry.. Responsibilities. Source, screen, and hire candidates for a variety of technical roles. Maintain and prioritize a high-volume pipeline across multiple openings. Conduct skill-based and technical interviews to ensure strong candidate fits. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics. Ensure timely and engaging communication with candidates throughout the process. Keep ATS records current and accurate for tracking and compliance. Contribute to process improvements that elevate candidate experience and hiring outcomes. What You’ll Need. 2–3 years of recruiting experience with high-volume, full-cycle hiring. Proven success conducting technical interviews and hiring for tech roles. Past experience supporting tech-focused clients or departments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time hours several days per week. Bonus Skills.
