LATAM Mid-Senior Account Executive at True Talent Solutions Partners. Remote Location: Remote. About the Role. Join a fintech sales team as a closing-focused Account Executive selling B2B SaaS to US wealth management and advisory firms. You will own qualified opportunities through contract close, partnering with a Solutions Consultant on demos and technical proof points while leading relationships and deal strategy.. What You'll Do. Manage qualified opportunities from discovery through signed contract, including complex deals valued at $100,000 to $500,000 or more in annual contract value.. Build relationships with executive buyers and navigate multi-stakeholder purchasing groups.. Develop pricing proposals based on firm size, product fit, and competitive positioning.. Keep HubSpot pipeline stages, next steps, and close dates accurate, and provide reliable forecasts.. Generate opportunities through industry relationships, referrals, and events, and coordinate with sales, solutions, and customer success colleagues.. Provide a thorough handoff to Customer Success when a deal closes.. What We're Looking For. At least 5 years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS Account Executive roles, closing mid-market and enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.. Experience selling into the US market, including complex deals of $100,000 or more in annual contract value.. A record of at least 90% quota attainment for a full year, with documentation available to share.. Full professional English fluency at C2 level for executive-level sales conversations.. Strong CRM discipline, reliable forecasting, and experience generating pipeline beyond inbound leads.. Based in Latin America and able to work remotely with reliable overlap with US time zones. Wealth management or financial services experience is a plus.. Compensation & Benefits. Base compensation is $4,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.. Location.
