We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the technical infrastructure powering our marketing and go-to-market operations. This role is designed for a technical operator who thrives at the intersection of engineering and growth—someone who gets excited about building automated lead generation systems, creating sophisticated attribution pipelines, and architecting the data infrastructure that drives our entire customer acquisition engine.. This is a hands-on, technical role embedded within our Growth team. You'll own the technical implementation of our marketing tech stack, build custom integrations and automation workflows, and leverage AI/ML to optimize every stage of our marketing funnel. You'll work closely with our Engineering team while serving as the technical backbone for Growth operations.. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with business context—you understand APIs, data pipelines, and automation platforms, but you also think about conversion rates, attribution models, and revenue impact. You're the type of person who sees a manual marketing process and immediately starts architecting the automated solution.. What You'll Do . Build marketing automation infrastructure. : Design and implement sophisticated automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, Make, and custom API integrations to eliminate manual marketing processes. Architect lead generation systems. : Build automated prospecting and enrichment systems using Clay, Apollo, and custom data pipelines that scale our outbound marketing efforts. Create attribution & analytics pipelines. : Develop data infrastructure connecting HubSpot, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and other tools to provide comprehensive marketing attribution and ROI measurement. Implement AI-powered marketing tools. : Build and deploy AI/ML solutions for lead scoring, content personalization, and automated qualification processes. Design custom integrations. : Create APIs, webhooks, and data connectors between our marketing tools (HubSpot, Omni, InCycle) and internal systems. Optimize marketing data architecture. : Build scalable data models and ETL processes that ensure clean, actionable marketing data across all systems. Collaborate with Engineering and Growth. : Partner with technical and business teams to align marketing infrastructure with product development and growth strategies. Build measurement and experimentation frameworks. : Create technical infrastructure for A/B testing, campaign measurement, and growth experimentation. Who You Are . Technical Marketing Operator. : You have 3-8 years of experience building technical solutions for marketing, growth, or revenue operations. You've worked with marketing APIs, data pipelines, and automation platforms at scale.. Full-Stack Growth Technologist. : You're comfortable working across the entire marketing tech stack—from front-end tracking and analytics to back-end data processing and automation workflows.. API & Integration Expert. : You have hands-on experience building integrations between marketing tools, CRMs, and internal systems. You're comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation.. AI/Automation Enthusiast. : You're excited about leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize marketing processes. What we bring . Compensation: Base salary and bonus ranging between compensation between $135,000 - $195,000, depending on leveling. Company wide bonus tied to revenue goals.
