Lead the design and delivery of SoSafe’s Agentic AI Platform, laying the foundation for how AI is built and used across all product teams.. Translate SoSafe’s AI strategy into concrete, production-ready platform capabilities that enable faster, safer, and more scalable innovation.. Build and guide a hands-on engineering team, staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, reviews, and technical decision-making.. Enable multiple product domains to reuse shared AI agents, workflows, and infrastructure instead of building in isolation.. Establish strong standards around reliability, observability, privacy, and compliance for all AI-powered features.. Act as a technical and strategic partner to product, data, and security stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.. What makes you a great fit:. You are a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building platforms and still writes code regularly.. You have experience designing and scaling shared systems used by multiple teams or products.. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous, greenfield environments and turning strategy into execution.. You bring strong architectural thinking and care deeply about quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.. You can lead, mentor, and grow engineers while holding a high bar for delivery and ownership..
