We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO/Founder. This is a senior-level PA role — you will be a trusted right hand to the CEO, managing a fast-moving schedule and handling sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment. You must be comfortable operating in a startup environment where priorities shift very quickly, things move really fast, and you are expected to figure things out with minimal hand-holding. Experience supporting a founder or CEO at a startup is a strong plus.. What you'll do. Own the CEO's calendar and inbox end-to-end: scheduling, prioritizing, and protecting time across multiple time zones. Manage complex, multi-leg travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation, and itineraries. Triage and manage communications on behalf of the CEO: emails, follow-ups, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct time-sensitive research and deliver clear, well-structured, actionable briefs. Manage purchases, deliveries, returns, and day-to-day logistical tasks with full ownership. Coordinate delivery of gifts, documents, and packages as directed. Troubleshoot urgent and last-minute issues in real time, often with little context - and resolve them. Anticipate needs, flag gaps, and take initiative on tasks before being asked. Handle all confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. What we're looking for. 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant - . preferably supporting a founder or CEO at a startup. Proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong bias for follow-through - nothing falls through the cracks. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly responsive, resourceful and reliable - able to be available and effective during at least 6 hours of overlap with US time zones. Experience managing travel logistics, vendor coordination, and personal tasks for a senior executive. Comfortable with shifting priorities, incomplete information, and last-minute changes — this is a startup, not a corporation. High level of emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters. Tech-savvy: proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar. What sets you apart.
