Build or grow your private practice with the support of an established platform that helps you accept insurance quickly and confidently. As a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health services to covered clients while we handle credentialing support, practice tools, and streamlined payments—so you can focus on care.. Compensation:. Up to $126/hour (based on client load, payer mix, and state-specific rates). What You’ll Do (Responsibilities). • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical support to clients via telehealth in accordance with your licensure and scope of practice.. • Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.. • Maintain accurate records using platform tools (notes, templates, assessments) aligned with payer and regulatory requirements.. • Deliver culturally responsive, inclusive care and tailor interventions to each client’s needs and goals.. • Coordinate care as appropriate with other providers and resources (with proper consents) to support continuity of treatment.. • Manage your schedule, availability, and caseload using real-time scheduling and secure client messaging tools.. • Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement through available resources, audit support, and optional continuing education (CEUs).. • Uphold ethical standards, privacy requirements, and professional boundaries in a remote setting.. Must-Have Qualifications (Requirements). • Active, unrestricted clinical license at the independent level: LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (U.S.).. • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher from an accredited institution.. • Valid NPI number.. • Active malpractice insurance coverage.. • Ability to provide care via telehealth and maintain a secure, private workspace for sessions.. • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently while using digital tools for scheduling and documentation..
