As a Fullstack Software Engineer in our Worker Squad, you will work on the core user journey that helps thousands of skilled workers find better jobs and grow their careers.. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that owns key parts of our user-facing product. From building intuitive frontend flows to designing scalable backend logic, your work will directly shape how workers discover opportunities, navigate the platform, and succeed in their transition to new industries.. Build and maintain end-to-end features that directly support skilled workers on their journey — from profile creation to job matching and beyond.. Contribute to product discovery and bring your technical perspective into early-stage discussions.. Make pragmatic architectural decisions to balance quality and delivery speed.. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering in a cross-functional setup.. Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of our systems.. Review code, share knowledge, and help shape our engineering culture.. 🌟 What We’re Looking For. You have 2+ years of experience in modern fullstack development and feel comfortable working on both frontend and backend systems.. You’re excited by product problems, bring a structured mindset, and enjoy taking ownership of features end-to-end.. You write clean, maintainable code in TypeScript (or are keen to develop deep strength in it).. You are motivated by working in a collaborative team where learning, feedback, and quality matter.. You bring curiosity and adaptability — whether in exploring new tools, improving our stack, or learning from your peers..
