We are seeking a Systems & Automation Engineer to build internal tools, workflows, and modular feature systems that accelerate product and marketing execution.. This role focuses on improving speed, reducing manual effort, and enabling cross-functional teams to launch initiatives efficiently.. What You’ll Own. Workflow Automation. Build internal tools that streamline marketing and product operations. Reduce repetitive manual processes. Improve cross-team coordination systems. Modular Feature Development. Create reusable feature frameworks. Support rapid landing page and promotional builds. Develop scalable content and campaign infrastructure. Platform Integrations. Connect APIs and internal systems. Support operational tooling improvements. Maintain documentation and reliability. What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days). Reduced manual marketing workflows. Improved feature deployment speed. Clear documentation of systems and tools. Required Experience. Experience building automation systems or internal tools. Strong API integration background. Practical engineering mindset focused on efficiency. Clear documentation discipline. This Role Is Not. A speculative experimental role. A research only technical role.
