REQUIREMENTS. 3+ years of technical candidate sourcing experience in high-bar, high-growth tech environments. Skilled in identifying high-potential engineering candidates based on profile. Strong attention to detail; our bar is high and meeting it requires a nuanced viewpoint. Fluent in using pipeline metrics to prioritize time and identify issues.
