This growth role with the organization will be responsible for managing the relationship between Crushers and their commercial and marketing partners. In addition to maintaining relationships, this person will be responsible for oversight of activities to strengthen these connections and further develop partnerships with existing and new partners.. . Responsibilities . Managing relationships with existing and potential new partners to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of their collaboration, seeking opportunities for continued connection and expanded partnerships.. Central point of contact for all Crushers partnerships, liaising with the brand, player personnel, staff, LIV Golf and agency partners.. Developing strategies to increase brand awareness and grow audiences for specific partners’ products or services. Evaluating the performance of existing partnerships to identify opportunities for improvement. Consulting with partner accounts to influence the development of high-impact sponsorship programs that effectively deliver against partner objectives.. Communicating with partner companies on behalf of the organization to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the status of partnerships. Establish best-in-class client servicing practices, including onboarding, relationship building, long-term planning, and partnership review process.. Plan and manage the execution of all content and production shoots involving Crushers and key player personnel. Establishing effective communication channels with partners to foster productive working relationships. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships. Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management. Negotiate and finalize deals by the company’s contract guidelines, policies and long-term vision. Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. Work directly with LIV Golf and Crushers marketing teams to align partnerships with long-term growth strategy of the organizations. Liaise with stakeholders to consistently evaluate the value proposition of Crushers, ideating new inventory concepts and marketing programs to drive additional commercial partnerships and revenue opportunities. Experience. 7+ years' partnership management experience within the sports industry with a proven track record of building and managing high-value/high-impact partnerships for global blue-chip brands from diverse industries, agency background a plus. Experience in working on large, multi-year partnerships deals is strongly desired.. Proven experience in developing powerful partner programs that leverage superstar athletes, broadcast, digital and social media platforms to maximize ROI. Proven experience working at professional sports team is strongly preferred. Proven history of driving significant revenue through partner renewals and upselling existing partners on new opportunities.. Required Skills . .
