Key challenges of the Junior Recruiter role:. — Managing candidates throughout the hiring funnel (from Application to Offer); . — Publishing and updating vacancies, managing job boards; . — Coordinating the interviewers team (scheduling, communication, availability); . — Working with data: maintaining trackers and monitoring hiring performance metrics; — Communicating with candidates and supporting them throughout the process; . — Collaborate with onboarding and supply teams to ensure smooth pipeline flow; . — Support improvements in hiring processes and candidate experience..
