What You Bring to the Table. 10+ Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses. 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience. Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills - phone and written. Tech-savvy, motivated, and always ready to adapt. Our agency operates 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM ET.
