Miter has been growing rapidly over the past year and is showing no signs of slowing down in 2025. We started 2024 with a small team of engineers and have doubled that in the past 12 months with plans to double again in the coming year. We have charted out an ambitious and eagerly-awaited product roadmap and want to ship it to our customers as fast as we can. . This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday — in either our San Francisco or New York office. . Why You'll Love this Role. Join one of our three project teams: . Human Capital Management, Platform & Integrations, or Field Operations. .. Scope and lead new mission-critical features end-to-end. Design and implement new processes and systems enhancing our entire engineering organization’s productivity. Be involved and provide input in product and strategic decision-making. Interface with our customers for feedback and feature requests. What You'll Need. 5+ years of work experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in a fast-growing technical SaaS company. Have a strong product/user orientation. Have led large and complex technical products in the past. Enjoy making decisions independently and under uncertainty.
