Coach managers on performance, feedback, and leadership practices to strengthen organizational capability.. Build change readiness by supporting organizational initiatives with clear communication, resilience, and adaptability, including regular cadences with business leaders to ensure alignment and maintain open communication.. We'd love to hear from you if you bring: . 5+ years of progressive People experience, including strong exposure to People business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and recruitment.. Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with leaders and team members at all levels.. Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes.. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, paired with intellectual curiosity to navigate ambiguity.. Ability to drive consistency and cohesion across the employee experience.. Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and data-driven decision-making.. Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or SaaS/software environments is an asset.. A track record of supporting leaders in building a performance culture, recognizing achievement, addressing poor performance, and driving engagement.. Base Salary Range:. $60,000 - $75,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.).
