We are looking for a motivated Compliance Specialist with a passion for all-things-tech & AI to join our Compliance Team. In this role, you’ll be owning legal and compliance-related workflows/projects, guided by and working side-by-side our . Ethics and Compliance Officer (ECO), Maxwelle Sokol.. Here’s what you can expect:. Key Responsibilities. 🌏 Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI, e-commerce platforms. Contracts and assessments required under data protection law, including the GDPR (DPAs, TIAs, etc.). Preparing, maintaining required compliance documentation, e.g.:. Internal documentation under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar laws. EverAI’s AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance). Risk assessments under applicable safety laws. Product & feature reviews (e.g., for consumer rights, data protection compliance). Owning day-to-day compliance tasks:. Standard IP issues (e.g., DMCA notices, copycats). Contract reviews (NDAs, licenses). Legal terms updates (including TOS, Privacy Notices, and content policies). Tracking, researching and analyzing relevant legal developments (e.g., the application of new laws or regulatory guidance to EverAI). ⭐️ Guidance from & Regular Check-ins with our Ethics & Compliance Officer.
